My Personal Favourite Wedding Images of 2012

My Personal Favourite Wedding Images of 2012

What a fantastic year 2012 has been. Yes, the weather has been dreadful for a great part of it, but even when it is pouring there are always some fantastic backdrops in so many of the great wedding venues that we have here in Scotland. From stately mansions, to Fairytale Castles, from contemporary city locations to stunning lochs and mountains,  we are spoilt for choice.

Every bride is an individual with their own preferences for their wedding photography. This is what makes my job so great – no wedding is the same, and each has its own challenges, not least finding the best backdrops no matter what the weather throws at us. My aim is always to provide the bridal couple with a unique and spectacular reminder of the Big Day, taking into account their personality and tastes.

Below are just  some of my favourite images from 2012. I hope you enjoy viewing them and a big thanks to all the amazing brides I have been privileged to photograph over the year!

I love these images. I do find that the location does enhance the great photographs. I always yearn for great venues when I get booked.
